Betty Bonness, Crane, Missouri was born September 10, 1941 in Springfield, Missouri to Joe V and Pearl E Hillman and departed this life January 31, 2016 at Ozark Mountain Regional Healthcare center, Crane.
Betty was a lifelong resident of the area and a homemaker. She was a devoted and lifelong member of the First Baptist Church, and also a member of the Eastern Star. On September 10, 1976 Betty was married to Don Bonness. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joe V. and Pearl Hillman.
Survivors include her husband, Don Bonness of Crane; daughter Melanie Edwards of Springfield, Missouri; son Rob Edwards and wife Tonya of Crane; brother, Bob Hillman and wife Judy of Springfield; grandchildren, Cassie Bliss and husband Ryan of Crane, Wesley Edwards and wife Amanda, Paige Edwards all of Springfield and Olivia Edwards of Crane; five great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Crane First Baptist Church, Crane, Missouri. Burial will be in the Osa Cemetery, Crane. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church
