Beverly Jean Condon
Beverly Jean Condon, Cape Fair, Missouri was born March 31, 1941 in Joliet, Illinois to John and Mary (Gergovich) Vershay and departed this life on March 31, 2021 in Cox Medical Center, Springfield, Missouri at the age of 80.
Beverly was married to Roland Condon on June 14, 1958 at the Church of St. Jude in Joliet and four sons were born to this union, who were her pride and joy. She was a homemaker and her love was taking care of her plants inside and out. Her passion for animals was enormous. She rescued animals and found homes for them and when she couldn’t find homes, she and Roland kept them. Beverly enjoyed her beloved birds, Skylar and Pilgram and her best buddies, her dogs, Shelby and Pepper. There was not an antique shop or flea market the Beverly did not know about.
Beverly was preceded in death by her brothers, John, Richard and Donald Vershay. She is survived by her husband, Roland; four sons, Darin (Sheila) Condon, Dale (Carol) Condon, Daryl (Jacqueline) Condon and Dodd (Wendy) Condon, grandchildren, Darin (Amy) Condon, Jade Campbell, Tyler (Vicki) Condon, Nathan (Erika) Condon, Sarah (Steve) Schafer, Amber (Brandon) Streu, Haley Condon, Sydney Condon, Nicole (Maggi) Condon, Jacob (Tiffany) Condon; great grandchildren, Saige and Camren Campbell, Thyra and Tristen Condon, Chase, Sierra and Ty Condon, Faith Schafer, Billy Kehoe, Ty, Kenzie and Breana Streu and Reece Rose Condon, other relatives and friends.
Final disposition is cremation under the care of Westrip Funeral Home, Crane, Missouri.
