Dewey Winford William, 86, Aurora, Missouri was born on December 30, 1937 in Elsey, Missouri to Artie and Jewell (Clevenger) Williams and departed this life on April 7, 2024 in his home.
Dewey was a life long resident of the area. He worked at Gold Shield Casket company and for Justin Boots. In his free time, Dewey enjoyed watching NASCAR, doing yard work, his yard was always pristine. He loved spending time with his family. Dewey was an avid church goer and attended Hope Springs Church in Republic, Missouri.
Preceding him in death was his son Curtis Williams, his parents and his granddaughter Candace.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta of the home; his daughter, Cristina Klingensmith and husband Todd of Kingsville, Texas; three grandchildren, Chrissa, Kelsey and Blake and three great grandchildren, Eddie, Destiny and C.J.
Funeral services will be held Thursday April 11, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. in Westrip Funeral Home Crane, Missouri. Visitation was held on April 10, 2024 from 6:00 P.M – 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Nolan Cemetery Galena, Missouri,
