Gary Thomas O’Dell, 67, Springfield, Missouri was born August 3, 1946 in Springfield to Tommy and June Young O’Dell and departed this life Saturday, April 12, 2014 in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield.
Gary had been a lifelong resident of the area and had worked as a Customer Service Clerk for the Union Pacific Railroad. He enjoyed working in his yard and gardening and loved his roses.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Tommy and June O’Dell.
Gary is survived by his wife Anna of the home; sister, Christine Chastain of Republic, Missouri; four nephews and their families.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Westrip Funeral Home, Crane, Missouri. Burial will be in The Tahlequah City Cemetery, Tahlequah, Oklahoma following the service. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until Service time at 11
