Jonathan Carlan Wright, 37,Crane, Missouri was born on April 26, 1986 in Springfield Missouri to Carlan and Marilyn Bowling Wright and departed this life on July 22, 2023.

       Jonathan loved being surrounded by family and friends. He worked at Colton's Steak House in Springfield, Missouri and was a man of many hats. He would cook, serve and do whatever was needed to help with his job. Jon loved to cook while he was at home, coming up with new recipes. He loved playing music and writing songs. He loved the Lord and would often talk about his faith.

       Survivors include, his parents Carlan and Marilyn Wright of Crane; paternal grandparents Dean and Vivian Wright of Bernie, Missouri. An uncle and aunts, several cousins and many friends.

       Funeral services will be held Tuesday August 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Westrip Funeral Home Crane. Burial will be in Crane Community Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be Monday July 31, 2023 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

       Memorial contributions may be made to Westrip Funeral Home to help with the final expenses.
