Joshuea “Josh” James Vaught, 46, Crane, Missouri was born December 31, 1977 in Springfield, Missouri to Randal James and Melba Sue Walker Vaught and departed this life December 12, 2024 in his home.
      Josh was a life long resident of the area and had worked doing auto body repair. He, Tia Reed and his cousin Lindsey Vaught could be found riding their licey ponies, four wheelers, motorcycles, three wheelers or anything else to give the grown ups grey hair. Sometimes riding all the above at the same time. Josh loved late night phone calls talking about aliens and spooky stuff. He loved cherry chocolate candies and playing pranks, especially on his sister, Jami. Josh wanted everyone to feel loved and had hug for you. He appreciated little thing and that meant everything to him.
      Josh was proceeded in death by his mother, Melba Sue Vaught.
      Survivors include his three children, Kailey Vaught, Kaiden Vaught and Marley Vaught all of Crane; his father, James Vaught of Crane and a sister, Jami Vaught also of Crane; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, other relative and many friends.
      A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Final disposition will be cremation under the care of Westrip Funeral Home, Crane.
