Maggie Mae Howard, 76 of Galena, Missouri was born December 24, 1947 to Francis and Artie Maples Trueblood and departed this life on September 21, 2024.
Maggie was a lifelong resident of the area and a member of Cave Springs Church. In her free time Maggie enjoyed fishing, shopping at thrift stores and garage sales, doing crosswords and puzzles, keeping her grand kids in line and catching up on the latest news with her friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Francis and Artie Trueblood; her husband, Eddie Howard ; her son Mark Howard; her grand daughter Jessica Howard; a brother, Bill Trueblood; a sister, Elizabeth Mathews and her beloved dog Foxy Lady.
Survivors include six children, Elizabeth Connelly and husband Paul of Hurley, Missouri; Mike Howard of Galena, Missouri; Lynn Howard of Galena, Missouri; Jeanie Fuller and husband Ron of Galena, Missouri; One brother, Terry Trueblood and wife Michelle of Wentworth, Missouri; one sister Jackie Hinken and husband Dan of Purdy, Missouri; eighteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services was held on September 24, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in Westrip Funeral Home Crane, Missouri. Burial was in Crane Community Cemetery Crane, Missouri.
