Minnie Muriel Amant, 82, Crane, Missouri was born July 22, 1935 at Butler, Oklahoma to T.M. Ray and Bessie Brown Ray and departed this life March 28, 2018 at her home.
Muriel had lived in the area since 1968 coming here from Oregon. She had worked on the family dairy farm and loved taking care of all her animals. Muriel was a good hearted woman that loved her grandchildren and liked going to the casinos.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Monroe Amant; a son Charles Amant Jr; a daughter, Donna Jean Brevell and a grandson, Trevor Clark.
Survivors include a son, John Amant and wife Shelia of Crane; three, daughters, Mary Ann Kent of Aurora, Missouri, June Buckner and husband Loyd of Reavisville, Missouri, Rose Marie Amant of Springfield, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren other relative and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Westrip Funeral Home, Crane, Missouri. Burial was at Oak Grove Cemetery Crane.
