Sharon Louise Williams, 74, Cape Fair, Missouri was born February 16, 1945 at La Harte, Illinois to Dale and Alzata Leonard Gordon and departed this life November 12, 2019 at her daughter’s home at Belton, Missouri.
Sharon had live in the Cape Fair area since 1988 moving here from Macomb, Illinois. She was a member of Hope Fellowship Church at Branson West, Missouri. She had Polio at the age of 6, but she always kept an extremely positive attitude. Sharon liked to work in her garden, sew, and doing crafts and upholstery. She was very close to her sisters and if they only got together a couple of times a year they would start right back like they were never apart. For all who knew Sharon, she would always wear jeans and the family has requested that everyone wear jeans to her funeral services.
Survivors include a daughter, Marta Bennett and husband Rodney of Belton, Missouri; two sons, Todd Williams and wife Carol of Tinley Park, Illinois and Troy Brown and wife Kelly of Cleveland, Ohio; four sisters, Barb Collins and husband Terry of Macomb, Nancy Shoemate and husband Dick of Vero Beach, Florida, Diane Sharp and husband Randy of Carthage, Illinois and Susan Toland and husband Ernie of Littleton, Illinois; nine grandchildren, Sarah and husband Aaron, Holly, Ashton, Asher, Kennedy, Madison, Abby, Alexander and McKay; her four great grand dogs; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hope Fellowship Church, Branson West, Missouri. Burial will be at the Cape Fair Cemetery under the care of Westrip Funeral Home, Crane, Missouri. Visitation will be at the church from 11:30 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may made to the Hope Fellowship Church or to the Cape Fair Christian Church.
