Wanda (Whitecotton) Hackley age 97, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones.
Wanda P. Hackley was born December 24, 1926 in Tonkawa, Oklahoma to Joe and Lucy Whitecotton.
Wanda was united in marriage to the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Hackley on May 24, 1947. Robert and Wanda were blissfully married for 76 years. From this union, they were blessed with their only child, Claudia Hackley Hancock. Wanda retired from Boatmen s Bank in 1992 after 19 years.
Preceding her in death was her parents; husband, Robert Hackley; her daughter, Claudia and a granddaughter, Marni Gold.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Rachel Powell and husband Shawn; son-in-law, Jeff Gold; great grandchildren, Maverick Gold and wife Tori-Anne, Mason Gold and wife Erin; Hunter Powell and wife Abigail and Jake Powell; great great grandchildren, Nova, Cadence and Griffin.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Crane Presbyterian Church Crane, Missouri. Burial will follow the service in Crane Community Cemetery Crane under the care of Westrip Funeral Home Crane. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m. in the church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution my be made to the Crane Presbyterian Chuch.
