Jerry Dean Morris, 78, Crane, Missouri was born in Crane, Missouri on September 5, 1936 to Clyde Pate and Edna Earl Rinker Morris and departed this life July 18, 2015 in his home.
Jerry had married Patricia Jones on June 5, 1978 and they had moved back to the area 16 years ago coming from Wichita, Kansas. Jerry had worked as a printer and served in the United States Army. He loved to mow and took great pride in the appearance of his yard. Jerry was a good family man with a big heart. Loved his wife, children and grandchildren and enjoyed camping and fishing.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Randy Lynn Morris and a brother Harold Morris.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Patricia of the home, son Ronald D Morris and a daughter, Vicki A Siggs; three grandchildren, Nicole Morris, Randle Morris and Bobby Morris and several great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Westrip Funeral Home, Crane. Burial will be at the Crane Community Cemetery, Crane, Missouri. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
