James “Jim” Patrick Murphy
Jim Murphy, 52, Galena, Missouri was born December 21, 1962 in Phoenix, Arizona to James Roland and Helen Smith Murphy and departed this life Sunday, December 28, 2014.
Jim had lived in the area since 1972 coming from Arizona and worked in construction.
Proceeding in death was a sister, Cindy Parker.
Survivors include his wife, Lori of the home; his mother, Helen Jennings of Galena; father James Murphy of Prescott, Arizona; three sons, James Harold Murphy, Daniel Wade Murphy and Logan Christopher Murphy all of Galena; two brothers, William Gaston and Charles Gaston of Springfield, Missouri; three sisters, Debbie Murphy of Galena, Patty Martin of Abesville, Missouri and Pam Surratt of Minnesota; three grandchildren other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held December 31, 2014 in Westrip Funeral Home Crane, Missouri. Burial was in Mars Hill Cemetery, Crane under the care of Westrip Funeral Home.
